All-on-4 and All-on-6
An arch is not one implant
All-on-4 fixes a full arch on four implants. All-on-6 uses six. In 2026, licensed clinics in Da Nang and Nha Trang often quote All-on-4 at about $2,400–10,000 per arch and All-on-6 at about $4,000–14,000. Brand, acrylic versus zirconia, extractions and the warranty move the fee. A single implant at $200–1,800 is a different case.
The arch is planned only after a CBCT. No scan, no arch fee. VietnamDental.org does not place implants and does not set the price. The clinic confirms it after the examination.
What changes the quote
Ask whether the number is acrylic teeth now and zirconia later, or zirconia on this trip. Ask which implant system is in the plan and whether extractions of the remaining teeth are inside the fee. A graft or a sinus lift is its own line.
A warranty of up to 15 years, when offered, covers that clinic’s restoration. Gums, bite changes and a later injury are not automatic. Read that sentence before you pay for surgery.
Days to keep free
Keep several days in one city. Day one is the CBCT and the plan. Surgery is not the day you fly. The next morning stays free. A temporary arch may be fitted on the same stay. The final prosthesis can be a later trip. Ask which of the two your dates can actually hold.
Da Nang is the usual short-stay city for this plan. Nha Trang works when the beach week is already long enough. We match clinics in those two cities only.
Papers before you pay
You should hold a written plan, implant passports with lot numbers, the system name and the warranty text before the surgery fee leaves your account. If those papers are promised “after you land”, wait.
A consultant can send two or three licensed clinics that can start on your dates. You choose. The names stay in the messenger, with the address once the visit time is agreed.
USD ranges from 2026 lists at licensed clinics in Nha Trang and Da Nang. A simple visit often includes anesthesia, an X-ray and a consultation. The clinic sets the final fee after an examination. Questions before you book
Is All-on-4 the same price as one implant?
No. One implant is often $200–1,800. All-on-4 is about $2,400–10,000 for the arch, after a CBCT.
Can I fly the day of surgery?
No. Keep the next morning free. Swelling and the bite check belong to the day after, not to the airport.
Is the zirconia bridge included at $2,400?
Often the low end is an acrylic provisional. Zirconia sits higher. The written plan has to say which one you are buying.
Which city is better?
The city where you already have several free days. Both Da Nang and Nha Trang have licensed clinics for this treatment.
