Tooth extraction in Da Nang
A short stay can hold the chair, not the airport
To extract a tooth in Da Nang, a simple molar is often $8–20 and a wisdom tooth $20–60, the same usual ranges as Nha Trang. An impacted tooth is still the high end and still needs a film. Three or four nights are enough if one of them is the extraction and the next morning is empty. They are not enough if you land, extract and fly the same evening.
The airport is close, which makes a same-day departure look practical. It is not. Swelling and the pain plan belong to the hotel, not the gate. Say whether it is urgent

Do not add cleaning, whitening or a cavity on another tooth to the extraction afternoon unless the clinic writes that it is safe. A filling is often $12–20. If that tooth can be saved, save it on a different morning.

Leave with written advice on bleeding, what to eat, which pain relief the clinic has already given, and the number to call from the hotel. Ask whether stitches need to come out and whether that fits your remaining nights. If it does not, ask for a note a dentist at home can follow.
A warranty of up to 15 years does not cover an extraction. If the later plan is an implant, often $200–1,800 for the implant and abutment, that waits until the site has healed. It is not a same-week crown on a tooth that just came out.
Do not transfer cities for a tooth that hurts today
If you are already in Da Nang and the tooth is swelling, stay and be seen here. A drive to Nha Trang spends the hours the chair needed. If the nights are in Nha Trang and the tooth can wait a day, treat it there. The ranges match.
