All-on-4 in Nha Trang
An arch, not four cheap implants
All-on-4 in Nha Trang is about $2,400–10,000 per arch after a CBCT scan, at a licensed clinic in 2026. All-on-6 is about $4,000–14,000. A single implant is often $200–1,800, and the low end of that range is the implant and the abutment, not a tooth under a bridge. Four times $200 is not an arch. The arch is planned only after the scan shows bone, nerves and sinus.
The low end of an arch is often an acrylic provisional. Zirconia sits higher. The written plan has to say which one you are paying for, whether extractions are included, and whether a bone graft is a separate line. VietnamDental.org does not treat and does not set the price. A consultant sends two or three licensed clinics that can scan you on the days you already have.
A beach week can hold surgery, not always the final bridge
Five to eight nights in Nha Trang can hold the CBCT, extractions if they are part of the plan, and surgery, if several days are free and you do not fly on the surgery day or the next morning. The final zirconia bridge is often a later trip, after healing. If you only have one visit, ask whether the quote is surgery plus an acrylic provisional, or surgery plus the final bridge. Those are different fees.
Do not arrive expecting to choose the arch from a photograph and sit down the same afternoon. The scan comes first. Sedation, when a clinic offers it, is often about $200 and is its own line, not a detail hidden inside the arch price.
Papers before you pay
Ask for the implant system, the number of implants, the lot stickers, and a copy of the CBCT plan before surgery. Ask what happens if one implant cannot be placed where the drawing showed. A warranty of up to 15 years, when a clinic offers it, is that clinic’s promise on its restoration. It does not automatically cover gums, a later injury, or a bite that changes because the provisional was not worn as instructed.
The clinic shows the practice license and the dentist’s license. If it cannot name the system, do not pay for surgery that day. The address is sent after the time is agreed. Names are not published on this page.
Who should not book All-on-4 for a holiday smile
If you still have teeth that can be filled at $12–20, treated with a canal at $40–60, or covered with a crown at $80–920, say that. An arch is for a failing row, not for one broken tooth and not for a whiter smile. Lamp whitening is $40–64. Veneers are $240–480 each. Neither is a substitute, and neither should be added to the surgery day.
If your free days are in Da Nang rather than Nha Trang, the checklist is the same and the city should be the one where the nights already are. Do not split the scan and the surgery across a transfer.
USD ranges from 2026 lists at licensed clinics in Nha Trang and Da Nang. A simple visit often includes anesthesia, an X-ray and a consultation. The clinic sets the final fee after an examination. VietnamDental.org does not set prices. You pay the clinic, not us: Sber transfer, Vietnam QR, USDT or cash.
Questions before you book
Can All-on-4 be done in Nha Trang on a beach week?
Surgery can, if the CBCT is done first, several days are free, and the flight is not on surgery day. The final zirconia bridge may be a later trip.
Is $2,400 four implants at $200?
No. $200 is the low end of a single implant and abutment. The arch is planned only after CBCT and is about $2,400–10,000.
Does the low price include zirconia?
Often it is an acrylic provisional. Zirconia costs more. Read which one the plan names before you pay.
Do you publish the clinic name?
No. The consultant sends two or three clinics in the messenger you chose. You pick after the written range, the material and the dates.
